| Bill Koons was born and raised in the rural farmlands outside of Scranton, Pennsylvania. In 1977, he moved to New Jersey to attend Fairleigh Dickinson University majoring in business management. Bill has an extensive human resources background, and has worked in HR for several large, national corporations. He came to New Jersey Equine Clinic in 2004 as the practice manager. Bill lives with his wife, Marcie, and three children, and enjoys restoring classic cars in his spare time. |

Joan Estelle is the bookkeeper at the New Jersey Equine Clinic. She has been a part of our team since October 1988. Joan lives in Howell, NJ and is a woman of many talents. In addition to her bookkeeping skills, she holds a New Jersey real estate license and is also a Notary Public. In her spare time, Joan enjoys collecting antiques on the weekends.

Melissa Zanetti grew up in Freehold, NJ and has been riding since the age of five. She attended Delaware Valley College where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Equine Studies and graduated May 2007. She joined the NJEC team shortly after graduation. She spends her free time riding and training her three horses.
